Presentation to the target audience
During the research of the possible ways of the designs we looked at the different examples and ways to demonstrate out work in the most appropriate way which will meet consumers needs.

Questionnaire
We made the questionnaire for our target audience to find out their opinions about the products which we are going to design. The questionnaire included questions about different aspects of graphic designs and how them might meet target audience needs.
First of all we asked them some general information such as their gender and age. We asked teenagers as they are our singer's target audience. Also there was a question about the items which people would be most likely to purchase and if they usually buy any promotional items or not.
We asked about the possible colours of the T-shirts because we have to find out which colours will be the most popular for the target market. Also we asked which factors are the most influential when they are buying promotional products.
Furthermore, we asked how often audience are going to buy the promotional items of the singer and how much would they ready to spend.
Responses
Our questionnaire gathered 12 responses of people who represent out target market and who has seen the presentation above.
7 of responders are females and only 5 are males. We asked more girls because they are closer to our singer and they represent the target audience more because they are more romantic and can feel the atmosphere of photoshoot better than boys. But some of the boys also were interested in our graphic design items with the promotional images of Annie. They found this idea interesting and they would like to have products with images of the beautiful girl on them.
Most of the people who filled out the questionnaire are 15-17 years old. This age range is the range on which we are trying to be aiming while producing the items with promotional graphic designs on them.
83% of responders have favourite band/artist so this means that they might be interesting in products with the images of their favourite singers or groups.
Most of the people would like to purchase the T-shirts or CDs with the graphic designs of singer. Therefore we want to produce them for our graphic design work.
Many people prefer plain white T-shirts with the graphic design. Therefore we will produce white T-shirts which would be suitable for both males and females and for the each age ranges.
Also many people would save the tickets from the concerts if it has a graphic design on it. Therefore we decided to produce tickets with promotional designs on them to promote our singer Annie.
The most influential determinants when people choosing the products with graphic designs are design, quality and image. Therefore we are going to produce our products depend on audience responses to meet their wishes.
Most of the responders would buy the graphic design products once or twice per year.
People are ready to spend £20-£50 for promotional items of the singer. This is quite high price for he promotional items of the singer but it means that people want to purchase high quality products and they are ready to pay for them.
Summary of the feedbacks
We gathered the feedbacks from the focus group and from people who might represent out target market. We showed them the presentation with our conceptional ideas and most of the people gave positive feedbacks about the product range and the colours. Most of the responders liked the red colour of the T-shirt. This colour is the most common therefore we decided to make this colour the main in our graphic design project. Also the alternative option will be the white colour which we suit both males and females.
However, the other colours of the T-shirts weren't popular among the potential audience and this is the weakness of our presentation because we decided to do to many colours.
Many people said that they would definitely keep the ticket after the concert if there is an attractive graphic design on them. People decided that the purple colour will be the most suitable for the background of the concert ticket. We showed them also other colours but they didn't enjoyed them and again the colour range was weak in our presentation ideas.
Overall the idea was really demanded among the target audience. The design, colour and the images are the most influential determinants in their decisions to purchase the promotional products with the graphic design on them. Most of the people said that they would like to buy the CD and to keep the cover with the beautiful graphic design.

Rational of the idea
Based on the questionnaire responses and the focus group opinions me and my partner Elizaveta made a decision on all the products and how they are going to look like. First of all we decided that the T-shirt will be made in the white colour with the image of Annie and the name of her world tour "From Russia with love". Also we need to add some images of the St.Basil Cathedral in order to fill the plenty background under the Annie's picture.
The second item on which we are going to add a graphic design is the bag. The bag will be made with the Annie's image of it as well. The background will be in the white colour as the focus group decided. Furthermore, on there will be the name of the world tour "from Russia with love" and the signature of Annie.
And the last item is the CD cover. There we want to put 6 Annie's images in the one edited style so the pictures on the CD would match the T-shirt and the bag therefore the graphic designs will be related. The CD cover will include the name of the artist, the name of the CD itself. On the back side of the cover there will be the lists of the songs included on the disk.
