Production plan consists of different stages and information about the products (graphic design products) and how it's going to be produced. The launch Date for the products will be 5th of July
We decided to produce 4000 bags for one particular concert of our singer. The bags will be sold before the concert only. The bags should be produced one week before the concert in order them to be prepared for the sales. The production should be started in June together with the T-shirt production.
T-shirts
We decided to produce 6000 T-shirts for one particular concert of our singer. The T-shirt will be sold before the concert only. Therefore the T-shirts might be produced few weeks before the actual concert on the 5th of July. The production might be started on the 1st of June and until the concert the range of T-shirt will be ready.
The image of the T-shirt will be posted on the official singer website where audience could increase their awareness about the product so the 6000 T-shirt should be sold very quickly. After the world tour we can sell the T-shirts online but the number of the production items is depend on the number of orders therefore we wouldn't produce more than 6000 in advance.
CD
The number of which we want to produce is similar to the number of T-shirt - 6000 copies. We decided to sell them together with the T-shirts on the concert which takes place on the 5th of July in the O2 arena in London. The limited number of CD will be sold right before the concert in the concert hall together with T-shirt.
We decided to advertise the CD on the official website as well and increase the awareness of the audience about the possibility to purchase the limited edition CD.
The production of the CDs will be started 2 months in advance before the concert. So the production will be in May. The production on the CD cover would take more time than the production of the T-shirt therefore we will start to produce earlier.
After the concert the CDs will be sold online on the official website.
